Staatssecretaris Visser (Defensie) beschrijft de behoeftestelling van het project Future Littoral All-Terrain Mobility Patrouillevoertuigen (FLATM PV). Dit project voorziet in de behoefte aan kleine all-terrain patrouillevoertuigen gericht op manoeuvre voor lichte amfibische eenheden.
