Staatssecretaris Vijlbrief van Financiën stuurt de Tweede Kamer het wetsvoorstel conditionele bronbelasting op dividenden. Met deze aanvullende bronbelasting worden dividenduitkeringen naar landen die geen of te weinig belasting heffen door Nederland belast.
