Staatssecretaris Heijnen (IenW) stuurt de Tweede Kamer het ontwerp van het besluit van 12 april 2023 tot aanpassing van diverse besluiten in verband met de EU-verordening markttoezicht. Zij gaat daarbij in op de nahangprocedure.
