In deze nota wordt allereerst kort ingegaan op de ontwikkelingen in de rol en taken van de woningcorporaties. Vervolgens worden de Europese regels en afspraken over de taken van de woningcorporaties uitgelicht. Daarna worden de fiscale aspecten van de woningcorporaties behandeld.
