In dit besluit is een goedkeuring opgenomen om, vooruitlopend op wetgeving, met terugwerkende kracht tot en met 1 januari 2015 een vrijstelling van afvalstoffenbelasting toe te passen voor zuiveringsslib dat wordt afgegeven ter verbranding.
