Minister Dijsselbloem van Financiën stuurt de Tweede Kamer een brief over het voorstel van de Europese Commissie voor de EU-begroting 2017. Tevens gaat deze brief in op de derde aanvullende begroting van 2016, waarin middelen worden herschikt voor een betere beveiliging van EU-instituties.
