Staatssecretaris Dijksma (IenM) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de wettelijke grondslag voor het ontwerpbesluit wijziging asbestverwijderingsbesluit 2015. Zij licht haar beslissing toe om het ontwerpbesluit te verduidelijken voordat het ontwerpbesluit definitief in werking treedt.
