Staatssecretaris Dekker (OCW) informeert de Kamer over de verplichtingenmutaties na de 2e suppletoire begroting. Dit doet hij vooruitlopend op de Slotwet en het jaarverslag 2014. Het gaat in deze brief om één verplichtingmutatie van € 331.256.000 op artikel 16 Onderzoek en Wetenschapsbeleid. Eenzelfde brief is ook aan de Eerste Kamer gestuurd.
