Dit besluit wijzigt het besluit van 3 april 2015, nr. BLKB2015/370M. De wijziging betreft de uitbreiding van de goedkeuring voor de toepassing van het verlaagde tarief voor de energiebelasting bij financial leasing met situaties waarbij sprake is van erfpacht.
