Dit besluit is een actualisering van het beleidsbesluit belastingen van personenauto’s en motorrijwielen 2012 (besluit van december 2011, BLKB/2011/2548M). Het herstelbeleid (§12.1) is mede naar aanleiding van jurisprudentie verduidelijkt.
