Minister Dijsselbloem doet verslag van de Eurogroep en Ecofin van februari. Er is onder andere gesproken over de situatie in Cyprus, de voortgang van de discussie over directe bankenherkapitalisatie van het ESM en de Nederlandse tegenstem tegen de EU-begroting 2011.
