Wijzigingsbesluit Key Populations Fonds van 30 mei 2011, inclusief toelichting op het Besluit. Wijzigingen komen voort uit de beslissing het Key Populations Fonds ook open te stellen voor MFS-II organisaties. Hiermee zijn de termijnen voor indiening verschoven.
