COVRA wil de opslagcapaciteit voor hoogradioactief afval op haar bedrijfsterrein in Borsele uitbreiden. Hiervoor moet een milieueffectrapport (MER) worden opgesteld. De commissie voor de m.e.r. geeft in dit advies aan welke informatie het MER dient te bevatten.
