Staatssecretaris Mansveld (IenM) meldt de Tweede Kamer dat het Luchthavenbesluit voor Lelystad Airport op 31 maart 2015 in het Staatsblad bekend wordt gemaakt. Op 1 april 2015 treedt het besluit in werking.
