In deze kennisgeving maak ik de rolnummers bekend van de gerechtelijke procedures over de bezwaarschriften die zijn geselecteerd in het kader van het massaal bezwaar als bedoeld in artikel 25a van de AWR tegen aanslagen erf- en schenkbelasting waarbij voor niet-ondernemingsvermogen geen bedrijfsopvolgingsfaciliteit wordt verleend.
