In Staatscourant 5 juli 2011 nr. 11782, nr. DGB2011/4014M d.d. 24 juni 2011, zijn de gewijzigde richtlijnen gepubliceerd. Abusievelijk is ook de overgangsbepaling in paragraaf 6 gewijzigd. Dit was niet de bedoeling.
