De stuurgroep natuurcompensatie heeft zich ten doel gesteld voorstellen te ontwikkelen ter verbetering van (de werking van) het instrument natuurcompensatie. Aanleiding daarvoor is een samenstel van uiteenlopende actuele politieke, maatschappelijk en inhoudelijke ontwikkelingen.
