IOB Evaluation -Turning a right into practice: Impact evaluation of the Ixchen Centre for Women cervical cancer programme in Nicaragua (2005-2009)

The government of the Netherlands has provided support to partners in the Nicaraguan health sector for many years. Total Dutch investment in programmes dealing with sexual and reproductive health and rights was over US$33 million in the period from 2005 to 2009.
