Dit besluit bevat het beleid op het terrein van het inkomen uit sparen en beleggen (box 3). Dit besluit vervangt dat van 19 december 2010, nr. DGB2010/4308M. Het besluit van 17 maart 2011, nr. BLKB2011/248M (waardering van verpachte woningen) wordt ingetrokken.
