Dit besluit is een actualisering van het besluit van 21 augustus 2003, nr. DGB2003-4461M waarmee uitbreiding wordt gegeven aan de bevoegdheid van de Belastingdienst om verzoeken om kostenvergoeding en schadevergoeding zelfstandig af te handelen.
