Minister van Financiën Dijsselbloem informeert de Tweede Kamer over een garantie aan de Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Met de garantie wordt het buffervermogen van DNB versterkt. Dit wordt geregeld via een incidentele suppletoire begroting.
