Staatssecretaris Dijksma (IenM) stuurt een ontwerp-regeling voor vaststelling van regels inzake scheepsrecyclinginrichtingen in verband met een voorhangprocedure aan de Tweede Kamer. Eenzelfde brief heeft zij gestuurd aan de Eerste Kamer.
