Staatssecretaris Vijlbrief van Financiën stuurt de Tweede Kamer een brief waarin staat dat meldplicht voor intermediairs en belastingplichtigen niet op 1 juli maar op 1 januari in gaat, zonder daarbij af te doen aan de terugwerkende kracht. De informatie die geleverd moet worden gaat nog altijd terug tot 25 juni 2018.
