Minister Harbers (IenW) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de afronding van het participatieproces voor de ontwikkelrichting voor de luchthaven Rotterdam The Hague Airport. Ook gaat hij in op het vervolgproces voor de vaststelling van een Luchthavenbesluit. De einddocumenten stuurt hij mee met de Kamerbrief. Bij de Kamerbrief zit een beslisnota.
