De Onderzoeksraad voor Veiligheid (OvV) doet onderzoek naar het verlies van controle met dodelijke afloop met een Pipistrel Alpha Electro nabij vliegveld Stadskanaal. Het ongeval vond plaats op 13 oktober 2018. Het rapport is de Engelstalige versie.
