Minister Harbers (IenW) stuurt de Tweede Kamer een afschrift van zijn reactie op de brief van de Vereniging van Rotterdamse Terminal Operators (VRTO) van 4 juli 2022. de brief ging over walstroomvoorzieningen op terminals. De vaste Tweede Kamercommissie voor Infrastructuur en Waterstaat (IenW) had om een reactie verzocht. Bij de Kamerbrief zit een beslisnota.
