Statement on the recent missile attacks against Saudi-Arabia

The Netherlands strongly condemns the Houthi missile attacks, which have taken place last Sunday (March 25th) towards several cities in Saudi Arabia. They amounted to indiscriminate attacks on civilians.These missile attacks on Saudi Arabia should stop, because they are aggravating the conflict and pose a wider threat to regional security. They are also threatening to undermine the efforts of the new Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General.
