Staatssecretaris Van Rij (Fiscaliteit en Belastingdienst) en staatssecretaris De Vries (Toeslagen en Douane) reageren op het verzoek van het Kamerlid Omtzigt om de brief van 30 mei 2022 die naar aanleiding van de Kamerbrief over 'Nadere verzoeken Fraude signalering Voorziening' van 30 mei 2022 bij het gerechtshof Den Haag in het kader van de beklagprocedure is ingediend.
