Staatssecretaris Van Veldhoven licht haar besluit toe om de beleidsdoorlichting van artikel 20, onderdeel Geluid, van de begroting van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat (IenW) niet in 2021 maar 2022 te laten plaatsvinden.
