Staatssecretaris Heijnen (IenW) stuurt de Tweede Kamer de 2e voortgangsrapportage over het beleidsprogramma circulair textiel 2020-2025. Daarbij gaat zij in op de ontwikkelingen en op de Beleidsmonitor doelstellingen circulair textiel. Deze Beleidsmonitor stuurt zij ook mee.
