Staatssecretaris Heijnen (IenW) reageert op de initiatiefnota 'Kleding. Een nieuw ontwerp voor de kledingindustrie: van wegwerpmaatschappij naar circulaire economie' van het Tweede Kamerlid Hagen (D66). Zij doet dit op verzoek van de vaste Tweede Kamercommissie voor Infrastructuur en Waterstaat (IenW).
