Minister Heinen (Financiën) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de Nederlandse onderhandelingsinzet bij de Begrotingsraad (Ecofin) van 15 november 2024 over de Europese begroting voor 2025. Ook gaat de minister in op het voorstel van de Europese Commissie voor de 5e aanvullende Europese begroting voor 2024 en het Nederlandse oordeel hierover. De Eerste Kamer heeft eenzelfde brief gekregen.
