Staatssecretaris Rummenie (LVVN) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de voortgang van het project handhavingsinstrumentarium van de Zaaizaad- en Plantgoedwet 2005 (Zpw) en de Landbouwkwaliteitswet (Lkw). Daarnaast gaat hij in op de wijziging van de Zpw voor wat betreft het procesrecht rond kwekersrecht.
