Staatssecretaris Aartsen (Openbaar Vervoer en Milieu) stuurt de Tweede Kamer de 1e actualisatie (2025) van het Nationaal Programma Circulaire Economie (NPCE) voor de jaren 2023-2030. Het NPCE bevat maatregelen om de transitie (overgang) naar een circulaire economie te versnellen. Naast de actualisatie van het NPCE wordt in deze Kamerbrief ingegaan op de 3e Integrale Circulaire Economie-Rapportage (ICER) uit 2025 van het Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving (PBL).
