Minister Harbers (IenW) reageert op het rapport 'Network Quality and Environment Framework'. Het rapport ging over de kwaliteit van netwerken in de luchtvaart. De vaste Tweede Kamercommissie voor Infrastructuur en Waterstaat (IenW) had om een reactie verzocht.
