Staatssecretaris Heijnen (IenW) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de uitvoering van de Europese NEC-richtlijn. NEC staat voor Nationale Emissiereductie Commitments. Daarnaast gaat zij in op de meest recente ontwikkelingen rond Europees luchtkwaliteitsbeleid. Tot slot bespreekt zij mondiale ontwikkelingen.
