Staatssecretaris Struycken (Rechtsbescherming) informeert de Tweede Kamer over het proces rond de invoeringstoets voor de Wet kwaliteit incassodienstverlening (Wki) een jaar na de invoering. De wet trad in werking op p 1 april 2024.
