Staatssecretaris Rutte (JenV) stuurt de Tweede Kamer een brief met de 6e voortgangsrapportage over de capaciteit bij de Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen (DJI). Hij bespreekt daarbij het huidige capaciteitsbeeld en de stand van zaken bij capaciteitsuitbreidingen. Ook gaat hij in op enkele moties en toezeggingen.
