Minister Heinen (Financiën) biedt de Tweede kamer de Nederlandse ontwerpbegroting 2026 aan. De ontwerpbegroting vormt een vertaalslag van de plannen en de vooruitzichten uit de Miljoenennota 2026. Met de ontwerpbegroting informeert Nederland de Europese Commissie over de economische en budgettaire vooruitzichten.
