Ter voorbereiding van de Kamerbrief over ontwikkelingshulp zijn drie ronde tafels georganiseerd rondom de door het kabinet geformuleerde Nederlandse belangen 'veiligheid, migratie en handel'. Ook zijn er drie gesprekken georganiseerd met vertegenwoordigers op de thema's voedsel, water en gezondheid.
