Staatssecretaris Jansen (Openbaar Vervoer en Milieu) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de uitvoering van de Europese NEC-richtlijn in 2025. Daarnaast bikt hij vooruit naar 2030. NEC staat voor National Emissions Ceilings. De richtlijn bepaalt voor een aantal luchtverontreinigende stoffen de jaarlijkse maximale uitstoot voor elke lidstaat van de Europese Unie (EU).
