Staatssecretaris Aartsen (Openbaar Vervoer en Milieu) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de voortgang van het Impulsprogramma Chemische Stoffen. Hij gaat daarbi in op een aantal andere onderwerpen op het terrein van chemische stoffen. Het gaat daarbij om de oprichting en deelname van Nederland aan het Intergouvernementele panel voor chemicaliën, afval en vervuiling en de asbestdaken communicatiestrategie.
