Onderzoek van de Auditdienst Rijk (ADR) naar het Nederlandse compensatiebeleid en het industrieel participatiebeleid. Industriële Participatie (IP) helpt de marktpositie van Nederlandse producenten op de defensiemarkt te verbeteren. Het Commissariaat Militaire Productie (CMP) sluit industriële participatie (IP)-overeenkomsten af. Jaarlijks rapporteert het CMP hierover.
