Minister Tieman (IenW) geeft een nadere motivering voor het vertrouwelijk ter inzage leggen van de brief van de Europese Commissie – Eurocommissaris Tzizikostas – aan de minister van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat (IenW). Het Tweede Kamerlid De Groot (VVD) had eerder om openbaarmaking verzocht.
