Minister Van Weyenberg (Financiën) biedt de Tweede Kamer het toetsingskader risicoregeling 'Headroomgarantie Oekraïne-faciliteit' wegens het bereiken van een politiek akkoord op de Oekraïne-faciliteit tijdens de Europese Raad van 1 februari 2024 aan. De Eerste Kamer heeft eenzelfde brief ontvangen.
