Minister Tieman (IenW), staatssecretaris Aartsen (Openbaar Vervoer en Milieu) en minister Hermans (Klimaat en Groene Groei) sturen de Tweede Kamer het verslag van de Milieuraad die op 21 oktober 2025 in Luxemburg plaats vond. Ook sturen zij het Nederlandse non-paper voor de Europese chemische stoffenwetgeving REACH.REACH staat voor: Registratie, Evaluatie, Autorisatie en restrictie van Chemische stoffen.
