Staatssecretaris Aartsen (Openbaar Vervoer en Milieu) en minister Hermans (KGG) informeren de Tweede Kamer over de geannoteerde agenda van de Milieuraad van 18 september 2025. Daarnaast gaat de brief over de VN-onderhandelingen voor een mondiaal juridisch bindend instrument om plasticvervuiling tegen te gaan (Intergovernmental Negotiation Committee, INC-5.2).
