In deze beleidsoptie wordt het toeslagenstelsel (inclusief de kinderbijslag, exclusief de kinderopvangtoeslag) afgeschaft en wordt daarnaast het belastingstelsel (box 1) sterk vereenvoudigd, door alle aftrekposten en heffingskortingen af te schaffen.
