Visie op de toekomstige koolstofchemie in Nederland, gebaseerd op duurzame koolstof (secundaire grondstoffen, duurzame biogrondstoffen en CO2) en de weg daarnaartoe. Door koolstof uit duurzame bronnen te gebruiken kan een klimaatneutrale en circulaire economie worden bereikt en de afhankelijkheid van andere landen worden beperkt.
