Minister Heinen (Financiën) informeert de Tweede Kamer over de Nederlandse onderhandelingsinzet bij de Begrotingsraad (Ecofin) van 14 november 2025 over de Europese begroting voor 2026. Ook gaat de minister in op het voorstel van de Europese Commissie voor de 3e aanvullende Europese begroting voor 2025 en het Nederlandse oordeel hierover. De Eerste Kamer heeft eenzelfde brief gekregen.
